I know:-)
But I just want to get rid of all unused stuff first...
Because I want to get an overview of what is really needed.
This makes is easier to seperate thing which belong together and which not.

and for the basic server we should only have a minumum of options!

I know that we need to readd a lot of options, which I remove yet.

But they only belong to the ntvfs printing and posix modules and not to
the main server.

We need to reorganize the internal configuration subsystem anyway,
because we must get rid of the global vars.

And this task is much easier when we (maybe only I) know where thing
belong to.

A dream of mine is to compile a samba without any module, and only
have one or two handful of config options and external include files...
