The only *real* problem is that tdbsam is kept open on the BDC. Doing a regular
tdbbackup on the PDC and rsyncing that to the BDC is not the problem. But
renaming the copied passdb.tdb does not help as the BDC still has an open fd to
the old one. group_mapping did that differently at least some months ago. The
necessary fix would be to really open the passdb.tdb readonly on the BDC and
re-open it whenever the modify timestamp changes.
