RPC usage and ESE API

It's not really Samba stuff, so it would have to be a different group.  I
have heard a lot of people talk about this, but no one has really pushed
ahead with it.

Samba deals with RPC a lot, because we have to, but RPC is a whole lot 
bigger area than what is covered by filesharing.
