Doesn't this put these integers in the same boat as SIDs?  That is, it
is just another format that we have 'pretty' in the LDIF output, and a
plugin should interpret this into the stored format on load.

Essentially this is schema support I suppose :-)

I certainly prefer the hex representation for these values.
