ncacn_unix_stream requires a full path, which makes it somewhat hard to
use because of different locations a GUI and Samba might be installed
in. ncalrpc uses identifiers so there is no problem there.
ncalrpc is used for exactly this purpose (RPC between local processes)
on Windows - why not use it for the same purpose in Samba?
