outsourcing DCE/RPC to alternate programs - runtime config option

DCE will be released with a valid OSI open source license.
The "real" DCE; accept no substitutes. :)  OpenDCE is the likely
name.

The "freedce" source is just the unauthenticated DCE RPC runtime (no IDL).
It was released by the developers (HP, Digital, and [minor] OSF) so that
Corba could use DCE RPC as the basis for IIOP; it didn't work. :)

Does SAMBA really get the UDP endpoint forwarding trick right?  I'm
very impressed.
