| Is there a bug in samba or at the smb.conf?
smb.conf looks fine. And there is no bug that I know of in
3.0.9 that would cause this.
But that log file snippet is fairly short. Have you checked
the security tab on the printer properties to make sure that
it allows 'Everyone (Print)"?
