Thanks for the popt conversion!

I think we can get rid of the global -s for "config file", as I doubt
that anyone uses it (I've never seen it used). Instead we can just
have --configfile.

For -N, we can make torture use the long name I think.

It might get a little messier for gentest, locktest etc. Do you feel
brave enough to try and convert those to popt?
