[WinXP & Updates] Problems with machine SAM LOGON due to empty "U nicode user name"?

Sir;
	With regards to your problem with machine sam logon due to empty
"unicode user name", has a problem solution been identified? If so, can you
please offer some guidance as to your solution findings?  Am experiencing
the exact issue and am having difficulty with obtaining adequate information
with my research.
