Samba with LDAP

Hi 

My office is having a LDAP server at US.
Now i want to configure an external LDAP at India,
and samba on it , for windows users to get the authentication from 
linux ldap server and login into their particular domain accordingly.

I have a RH Adv ser 3 installed.
Can someone help me in this regard.
