regular `svnadmin dump' for mirroring the repository

Hi all,

Until the change to subversion it was possible for me to mirror
the whole samba cvs repository using rsync. I would like to do
the same with subversion.

My idea would be to offer incremental `svnadmin dump's in some
ftp/rsync directory, so that a local mirror can be reconstructed
using `svnadmin load'.

Any takers?
