Samba access to Windows DFS

Hello:
In trying to access Windows DFS shares/links via Samba, I'm not having 
much luck.  Using the smbclient I can see my DFS links and can "chdir" 
into them.  However once in the directory I get no files or 
directories.  With "-d 10" I see no errors, but no data (files/dirs) 
either.  This using the samba-latest.tar.gz code.

Has anyone experienced this behavior?  Could anyone help?  Any and all 
information would be greatly appreciated.
