Another thing it would be nice to do is to auto-create a BDC machine
account for a fake machine name (maybe torturetest$) in
torture/rpc/netlogon.c and then delete the account after the
test. This would allow the test to be run without first joining as a
BDC.

We already have the necessary createuser code in test_CreateUser() in
samr.c, we just need to change the ACB flags to make it a BDC and set
things up in secrets.tdb, so it can call the netlogon calls.
