Problem with svn diff background color

[Green, Paul]

When I clicked on the following link to view the diff for this change, the
background color was brown and the font was black!  I was only able to read
the change by highlighting the text.  Can we select a lighter background
color?  Or this is a browser incompatibility (I'm using IE 6.0).
