Patch for smbldap-tools 0.8.4 to hide password on mkntpwd command-line

Hi,

I made a patch for smbldap-tools 0.8.4 to hide a password on
mkntpwd command-line. The ps(1) command can show the current
processes with command-line options. This is password disclosure
problem. Please apply attached patch to smbldap-tools 0.8.4 tree.
