Problems linking to cups

I'm not using CUPS (nor 3.0 rc !), so it is just a guess
from source.

By seeing configure in HEAD (and that of rc4 via CVSweb),
it does not support --with-cups option. It seems configure
sets CFLAGS / LDFLAGS / PRINT_LIBS automatically if you
have cups-config command in your PATH ...

To all: should we show message if cups-config was not found?
