[PATCH] quota header detection fixes

Hi Alexander,

here're some updates for the quota detection.

- this is fixed by including <asm/types.h>
configure: WARNING:     ## ------------------------------------ ##

- the xfs quota header's are better detected and the status is printed out 
by configure

- the old quota system now supports the struct if_dqblk quota headers on linux


Please test this patch also with different
  --with-quotas=yes/no --with-sys-quotas=yes/no
combinations and maybe different header files

for me it works for all combinations but I only tested on
SuSE 7.3 with struct dqblk
SuSE 8.2 with struct mem_dqblk and struct if_dqblk

I don't want to put in a bug so close to release...:-)
