Through 'lockout duration' functionnality, I was meaning how implement
completely this function.

What i want to say is, to lock the user accouts for a amount of minutes
(declared in the domain account policy with the field 'lockout
duration', I totally agree with this), we (Windows Servers) need to
store, somewhere, the date the account was locked, in purpose of be able
to unlock it after the 'lockout duration' time. And we don't manage to
find out how Windows implements it.

Do you have any informations about it ?
