unknown5, the bad password count flag and especially the lockout time 
functionnality ? How do you manage the 'lockout duration' ?

We are nearly sure that unknown5 field is composed in 2 parts (according 
to ethereal).
(16 bits) : bad password count
(16 bits) : logon count

We trying to find out the right meaning of logon count (presently, we 
have problems with domain admin users).
