warnings by compiling samba3.0rc4

Hi,
on compiling samba 3.0rc4 from complete source download
on suse linux 8.2 with
I got several warnings like

lib/utilstr.c    1191    warning return discards qualifiers from pointer ..
typ
lib/utilstr.c    1239    warning return discards qualifiers .....
... about 6 or 7 times

I havnt seen this in 3.0rc1
