I've found the problem. It was "large readwrite". After disbaling it
everything is working fine. Some Win98 Clients had also problems
accessing my samba-server. Afer disableing large readwrite this is
also working.

Any idea why large readwrite isn't working for me?

I use Suse 8.2 with rc3-rpm downloaded from:
ftp.suse.com/pub/people/gd/8.2-i386/samba3-3.0.0rc3cvs

I've also heard quotas aren't displayd on client. The complete
free disk space is shown. Samba was compiled with enabled quotas.
Is this part broken?
