W2K-SP4 problem

Best bet is to look at the level 10 debug log and try
to pinpoint the specific failure.

Also you should specifiy what version of Samba you are
running.  You'll get more help if this is on a Samba
3 server though.  But I'll try to answer any questions
regardless of the version.
