[PATCH] End Point Mapping Support (Part 1/3)

This patch is the first of three to add End Point Mapper support to
Samba.  Right now, we're just going to be supporting responding to a map
request (there are a number of other EPM functions).  This will also
include the elusive support for DCE/RPC.

This first patch contains the parsing code and the basic pipe support
for the End Point Mapper.  It was developed by Pete Zannucci, a
developer here at the IBM LTC.
