source + docs (like we normally do it).

Pretty compelling stuff I think since most people
would grab the source+docs initially and then be more
interesting in the source only.  Also could split
the RedHat RPMS like this and save space as well.

Save ~8Mb per download on a a release is pretty
compelling to me.
