get quota command bugs?

No, but should that matter? When "get quota command" is defined there might
not be an underlaying quota system or it might not be functioning and I 
want to
implement it using some script.

BTW. I've tried --with-sys-quotas and the "get quota command" is called 
so it's
a way to get things started but for me not the obvious one.
