admin users on 3.01pre3

Hi,
On 3.01pre3 the users of "Admin Users" (correctly should be "Domain Admins") 
are not more powerful, that means the geteuid not return 0, so they will be 
denied for a lot of operations.
I will propose to reintroduce the solution of geteuid 0 until we have not 
implemented the full privileges. I don't know if there is any other way to 
give the "Admin Users" the privilegs of a poweruser without to set the uid 
number 0.
