Some of this bugs are opened but they have already been fixed.
The bug #362 is opened but i fixed it since 3.0.1pre2. Many bugs are 
linked to ldapsam, and many improvements to ldapsam code have been done 
recently. I think some of these bugs don't exist anymore with Samba 
3.0.1pre3.
