do not support winbind users or groups in smb.confi without speciftying a domain

Folks,

I am so sick of trying to fix all these bugs associated with
winbind use default domain = yes and smb.conf.  Therefore I'm
proposing that we make the official statement that winbind user
or groups with a specified domain are not support in smb.conf.
Anyone have a really good reason against this proposal?  And
if you do, then you get to fix the problems.
