[PATCH] MungedDial field in LDAPSAM

Before we fix this in stone, can we find out this field's real name?

It's been called the 'munged dialback string' because that's what was
the most common thing to see in there, but it looks more like an
application random bits of data store.  I'm sure MS has a nice pretty
name for it :-)
