Samba 3.0 / idmap backend ldap

For HA we have:

- a master + n*slave
- an official name for ldap-ha service
- a switch 2-7 level answer to ldap-ha service name, and balance the load.
- in the slaves we set the updateref, so (LDAP VERSION3 API) returns on 
fly a referal to the client for rebind connection to the master.
