The part that stores the ACLs that Windows clients send as POSIX ACL is in
Samba 3.0.x. The part that stores a real Windows ACL in an EA is not in
Samba 3.0.x. 

As I understand Tridge's idea, in the future, Samba will store a 100%
accurate representation of the ACL, just like an NTFS Windows box would in a
Linux EA. Samba will also enforce this ACL for CIFS clients. This is the new
functionality that is not in Samba 3.0.x.
