[PATCH] ldap rebind sleep

I found the new patch in the samba-3.0.1pre3, thanks. I'm testing it.

I have two questions:
1. as "lock spin time" are measured in microseconds, (man page says 10 
us by default),  +1,000 may be required, rigth?
2. Is this spin_time used in other place/other intended use?
