The mail system for bugzilla is working ?

There are some settings which say whether you are mailed when doing
various actions through the web interface.  Do you have any of them set?
I have my profile configured so as not to send email about things I do,
only modifications made by others.

(I've also been getting mail from bugzilla on a regular basis for the
last couple of days).
