I noticed that my 2.2.8a installation included a /etc/pam.d/swat file It looks like this: auth required pam_unix.so account required pam_unix.so session required pam_unix.so However when I copied this over to the Samba3 and restarted xinetd it still did not work. Are they not compatible? BTW your instructions worked! Thanks a million! -- Scott
