adding pdb_guest automatically?

Andrew,

I'm worried about confusion with having to list the guest pdb 
module.  I think that things like 'passdb backend = ldapsam' 
will be the source of a lot of bug reports.   We could disable 
pdb_guest if the 'guest account' was invalid.
