I remember know.  But I've never seen a Windows client not include
the printer specific bits.  I though we mapped thge generic bits
anyways.  Do you have a scenario where I can reproduce a windows client
sending MAXIMUM_ALLOWED_PRIVILEGE without the print (server) specific
bits?
