Thanks for this tip, Roman.

I am currently working with an installation compiled this morning
from CVS. There "printer admin" is empty, and connecting as root
from a Windows 2000 client shows up the the APW.

I'll see the other system with the described behaviour again only
tomorrow night (which has the 3.0alpha24-as-released installed, and
where the clients are Windows XP).
