net rpc vampire with secure channel

Hi guys.  I think I've fixed some problems that were stopping secure
channel from working in SAMBA_3_0.  Can people test it out for me?

Also there was some mention at the last CIFS conference about an
explanation about why win2k doesn't send the password hashes in a
samsync.  Does anyone (vl, tridge, abartlet?) remember what this was?
It appears that the password hashes are not sent by win2k even over the
secure channel.
