Missing configure script after cvs download

[David Collier-Brown -- Customer Engineering]

   I wrote earlier about cvs because source/configure
disappeared after I did a cvs download... trying to
diagnose it left me debugging cvs (;-))

   Anyoen know if  cvs ... co -r HEAD samba should cause
source/configure to not be downloaded?
