passdb backend = guest automagically added?

I'm not sure this is correct, in case of tdbsam you may have a gust user
in the passdb (by setting it's sid) and not require the guest module ...

I think it wuold be better to automagicaly add a guest user to the
principal backend instead of automagically using the guest backend.
