I think a lot of it can be, with the new modules system.  

You should also be able to compile out netlogon - but I suspect that it
would not remove most of the printing code, and certainly you would not
remove the relevant parts of the auth subsystem.  (netlogon is a very
thin layer on top of the auth subsystem).

Of course, the main thing you gain is the ability to dodge security bugs
exploited via each of these interfaces.
