[PATCH] let pdb_nisplus compile again...

Hi Jerry,

here's a patch which fixes the horribly broken pdb_nisplus code.

there's only one warning left:

/usr/include/rpcsvc/nislib.h:203: warning: declaration of `utime' shadows 
global declaration
passdb/pdb_nisplus.c: In function `set_single_attribute':
passdb/pdb_nisplus.c:1019: warning: assignment discards qualifiers from 
pointer target type
Building plugin bin/nisplussam.so

I'm not shure if we need to use strdup() here to
this is like "char *test = "test";"

Also I don't know if this code works...I just let it compile again!

and in configure.in it's only selected if we have <rpcsvc/nis.h>
and it's possible to be static now.
