Ok, a quick test says it works fine as long as both our ldap replica
*and* the master replica live. When the read-only replica lives but the
master is not reachable a 'smbpasswd <username>' retries eight times and
then segfaults. But I suspect this has nothing to do with the code
shuffling. The only thing is... It's too late to really look into that
now. Tomorrow :-)
