[PATCH] remove storing of default quotas in root's quota record

here's a new patch...

here's a patch which removes the code that stores the default quotas in root's
quota record.

and this patch add the SMB_GROUP_FS_QUOTA_TYPE cases.

which are not used yet...

Hi Alexander,

here's the default quota vfs module.

there are the following paramter's:

default_quota: uid = 0
default_quota: uid nolimit = yes
default_quota: gid = 0
default_quota: gid nolimit = yes

uid is the uid of the quota record where the default quotas should be stored.

uid nolimit = yes means that process run as uid have the capability to 
ignore disk quotas.

and the quota calls for uid will return disk space unlimited.

if uid nolimit = no, then the default quota limit is shown for uid too.

THIS PATCH NEEDS TESTING!!!

I have not tested it yet, if someone has time
feedback is welcome.

can try to use wins to resolv the names for all your subnets.

Have you asked at the samba at samba.org mailing lists.
there are maybe someone who had solved this problem already.

or you can try #samba channel at irc.freenode.net IRC servers.
