installclientlib

Hi!

I just noticed that even though HEAD installs smbclientlib per default
since April, SAMBA_3_0 still doesn't ;(

Can this please be changed, a not installed shared library makes it
quite hard to write software depending on it and creates the impression
it's unusable so packagers don't include it.
