Weird SIDs in 3.0.0beta1

I'm seeing some odd SIDs in user tokens while testing beta1. I don't 
think it's anything we're doing (still appears when we disable our
IDMAP plugin, at http://www.padl.com/download/xad_oss_plugins.tar.gz).

Also, looking up the ACLs for a file doesn't appear to work (again,
with or without the IDMAP plugin). I'm fairly sure it worked in alpha24,
but I will double-check.

The only other pertinent piece of configuration information is that
"algorithmic rid base" is set to 196608.
