generic ldap

Hi Jerry,

in Makefile.in
you're using

$(SMBLDAP__OBJ) instead of $(SMBLDAP_OBJ) in PASSDB_OBJ

but if you change it we get linking trouble
because lib/smbldap.o is linked twice.

Some ideas how to fix that?
I think it should also be possible to build smbd without ldap
and link only the both modules to lib/smbldap.o
