[patch] Stop files from being created on read-only share

[ZINKEVICIUS,MATT (HP-Loveland,ex1)]

While I'm in the patch sending mood, here is another one i've been meaning
to send along. It fixes a problem where a read-only share will actually
allow a file to be created in certain circumstances.
