Problem: Watching Directories from WinNT+

1) It's 2.2.7a-Suse.

2) the odd thing is that the Windows Explorer gets all the notifications
properly

3) For test purposes I explicitly do only one change on the monitored
directory, like creating a subdirectory with "md TestDir" or I copy file
into the monitored directory with "cp ..."
