[PATCH] LDAP drop idle connections /fix mem leaks

Hi Andrew,

here's the latest version of my drop ldap idle connections patch
which also fix some memleaks...

I test it I'm running it against an 3_0 tree from 1-2 weeks ago and it 
works fine.

I hope there are no bug introduced by removong conflicts with your, jerry's 
or vl's
ldap changes...
